You can add drop down items either in XML (by adding EnumerationValue elements) or after you have imported the MP by going to the Library\Lists view, finding the list and clicking Properties in the task pane.

Ah - sorry it must not be showing up in the lists view since it is a sealed MP.  You can add them in XML by adding an EnumerationValue element:

<

EnumerationTypes

>

<

EnumerationValue ID="ServiceRequestClassificationEnum" Accessibility="Public"

/>

<

EnumerationValue ID="ServiceRequestClassificationEnum.AddUserToGroup" Accessibility="Public" Parent="ServiceRequestClassificationEnum" Ordinal="0"

/>

<

EnumerationValue ID="ServiceRequestClassificationEnum.CreateUser" Accessibility="Public" Parent="ServiceRequestClassificationEnum" Ordinal="5"

/>

<

EnumerationValue ID="ServiceRequestClassificationEnum.DisableUser" Accessibility="Public" Parent="ServiceRequestClassificationEnum" Ordinal="10"

/>

</

EnumerationTypes

>

Don't forget to add a display string in the DisplayStrings section too.
